HubGem was founded in 2019 by CEO Gemma Price, who had experienced first-hand the impact of working on disjointed systems. After seeing huge success implementing HubSpot in her role as Director of Marketing and Admissions in the education sector, she made it her goal to help organisations work better, embrace HubSpot CRM and align departments – and HubGem was born! Over four years later, we are a rapidly growing team and proud to be in the top 3% of HubSpot Partners globally.

Gemma is a passionate marketing strategist and digital content producer. She has a wealth of experience in education and non-profit marketing and has implemented HubSpot for many organisations. Prior to launching HubGem she worked as Director of Marketing and Admissions in an independent school. She has also worked as a PR and content officer for an FE/HE college, and as Head of Learning Resources at an academy. Gemma has a degree in Media Production, she was County Marketing and Comms Manager for Lincolnshire Scouts for 5 years and is also on the senior management team for UK's largest international Scouting and Guiding jamboree.In her spare time Gemma enjoys yummy food, spa days, and long walks with her husband, toddler, and deaf rescue dog Bo.

Kayleigh is a passionate People & Culture Manager with a wealth of experience promoting wellbeing, culture and diversity. She is a registered Social Worker who attained her BA Honours degree in Social Work before working in Local Authority settings, protecting vulnerable people in Child Protection and Adult Care teams. With experience working with a range of adults and young people in different settings, she has vast knowledge in safeguarding, working within legislations, advocacy and upholding human rights. Throughout Kayleigh’s previous roles she has also worked in and alongside many education and non-profit organisations. Kayleigh is passionate about maintaining a culture which keeps wellbeing and work-life balance a priority so that both our employees and clients can thrive. In her spare time, Kayleigh loves fitness and wellbeing. She also loves travelling and back-packing to new places.

Guy is a digital marketer who loves the crossover between creative content and data-fuelled marketing. Upon having his dissertation published by the Lincoln International Business School, in which he explored content marketing and its effectiveness, Guy is now keen to implement his findings and research to create effective content that yields the best results.In Guy’s previous role he worked as a digital marketer for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company, he gained an array of experience and created award-winning content in his time there. Guy also has experience taking the lead Marketing role in a tech start-up, creating the marketing infrastructure from the ground up and playing an important role in developing the brand.Marketing aside, Guy is an eager gym enthusiast and loves to exercise. When he’s not at the gym you’ll likely find him socialising with his mates or keeping up to date with the latest boxing and UFC competitions.

Lizzie has almost a decade of marketing experience working for a variety of B2B and B2C companies, predominantly in the non-profit and education sectors.Prior to working at HubGem, Lizzie was Marketing Manager at an independent school where she implemented HubSpot, and also spent four years working for a large non-profit membership organisation.Lizzie has a level 6 Diploma in Digital Marketing from The IDM and experience in the delivery of numerous strategic marketing projects including CRM integration and implementation, high-profile video production and executive engagement.She is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and fostering positivity and collaboration within a team.In her spare time, Lizzie enjoys weight training at the gym and countryside walks with her Romanian rescue dog, Snowy.

With strong expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Canva, QuickBooks, and project management tools, Heather is known for her organisation, communication, and eye for detail. Outside of work, Heather loves travelling and seeking new adventures with her family, exploring different foods, and keeping active through kickboxing. With a strong background in Early Years Education, including experience as a Deputy Manager and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo), she understands first-hand the challenges of juggling spreadsheets, paperwork, and systems that don’t quite fit. This insight drives her passion for creating seamless processes that save teams time and deliver a better experience for families and stakeholders. At HubGem, Chloe works closely with organisations to explore their goals, challenges, and strategy, guiding them on the best use of HubSpot and ensuring their CRM journey is both smooth and impactful. Known for her approachable and collaborative style, she thrives on helping people achieve clarity and confidence with their systems. Based in Portugal, Chloe loves coastal living, from daily seaside walks to exploring new places to eat. He is particularly interested in using data to inform a customer journey and introducing streamlined processes to save teams time and manual work.In his spare time Dan enjoys DJing, climbing mountains and a cheeky Nandos. He also runs a Scout Group which gives young people the opportunity to enjoy exciting adventures.

Gemma loves working with people and creating personal experiences for her clients, as well as her love in creative thinking and problem solving. After graduating from the University of Lincoln studying English Literature, Gemma has used these creative and analytic skills to work her way up from an executive position at HubGem to a Senior Marketing and CRM Consultant. She has built up her education and HubSpot knowledge over the years, which has lead Gemma to now work with her own clients where she can build strong relationships, as well as helping her clients overcome any pain points they have and helping them streamline their processes. As Gemma loves problem solving and is a visual learner, this allows Gemma to help education sectors map out their current processes and streamline this into HubSpot using her creativity and knowledge. Gemma also loves reading and this love of books came from her English Degree where she can get lost in many adventures. She also loves long walks along the Norfolk coast with her family as well as going to Spin classes at her local gym.

After completing his Apprenticeship and demonstrating his knowledge in digital marketing, Olly joined the consultancy team at HubGem in August 2022 to support with technical work for clients and assist in streamlining various marketing processes. When he’s not at work, Olly enjoys weightlifting, watching martial arts, playing video games and being a dad for his pet tortoise, George.
